FEDERAL BANK OFFICERS’ ASSOCIATION EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY (FBOAES)

FBOA Educational Society is an initiative of the Federal Bank Officers’ Association (FBOA), the sole representative body of the officers of Federal Bank. Ever since its inception in 1966, FBOA has shown great concern for the society at large and has fulfilled its part in the nation building process. It has always remained as a catalyst in transforming Federal Bank as the largest private sector bank of the country.

The initiative to form the Society was originated in the 23rd National Conference of Federal Bank Officers’ Association held at Kottayam in 1999. The Conference felt it was high time for FBOA, which had done a lot for the Welfare of its Members and strived hard for the record growth of our Bank, to do something which would be beneficial for the Society too. It was in this background that the Conference took a decision to present a Millennium gift to the Society in which we live and work and to the posterity in the form of an Educational Institution.

Accordingly Federal Bank Officers’ Association Educational Society is registered under the Travancore Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act XII of 1955 under Registration No. 1091/2000 on 01/November/ 2000. This Society runs Federal Institute of Science and Technology (FISAT), a professional self financing Institution in Engineering at Hormis Nagar, Mookkannor, Angamaly affiliated to M G University, Kottayam.
